Will it actually help my neck pain?

For neck pain caused by poor spinal alignment during sleep, yes. The Neck Support Arc and three-zone contour hold your cervical spine in its natural neutral position for the entire night. Which sleep position is it designed for?

All three. Butterfly Wings for side sleepers. The Central Nook and Neck Support Arc for back sleepers. The lower panel with adaptive foam adjustment for stomach sleepers. It adapts to how you move throughout the night.

How firm is it?

Medium-firm. Supportive enough to maintain its contour zones all night, responsive enough to feel like it's shaped around you rather than pushing against you. If you've only slept on soft pillows, the first few nights may feel different. That's the foam correcting your alignment, not the foam being wrong.

Can I wash it?

The cover is fully machine-washable. Zip it off, cold wash, tumble dry low. The foam core should be spot-cleaned and aired out only. Do not machine wash the core.

How long before it helps?
